It's elegant enough to stand alone and light enough to keep the party going, making it a brilliant choice for a signature sip at a winter wedding.

This beautiful cocktail is a scrumptious libation that’s equally delicious as it is festive.

Festive Sparkler

Recipe {yields 6 cocktails}:

1 bottle of champagne

6 oz. ginger ale

6 oz. cranberry juice

fresh cranberries

evergreen sprigs

ice

In a cocktail shaker add ice, evergreen sprig {1}, a handful of cranberries and 6 oz. cranberry juice. Shake for a good minute. Strain juice into 6 champagne flutes. Add 1 oz. ginger ale to each flute. Top with champagne. Garnish with fresh cranberries and an evergreen sprig.

Entertaining tips to accompany this recipe:

-Write guests names’ on ribbon and tie around flutes before their arrival for drink markers

-Print out a signature cocktail recipe card to send home with guests, along with cookies at the night’s end

-Have a calligrapher pen a menu showcasing your cocktails and let guests play mixologists with your favorite ingredients
