Fine photojournalism begins before the camera is even in hand. Representing the subject is much more than just capturing the image. It is taking the persona, or the spirit of an event and creating art. I adhere to that philosophy, giving the client more than just a picture by capturing a moment in time. I always aim to exceed my customer's expectations. While keeping on the cutting edge of technology, I never forget the tried and true techniques that are the foundation of great photography. Being at the right place at the right time is all that matters, and the elite photographers who actually capture that moment are the greatest storytellers on earth. Upon graduation from Brooks Institute of Photography, I interned with the famed Annie Leibovitz in New York and later assisted her for three years. During this time of personal growth and discovery I found my form and style.
