What distinguishes your venue? Share your unique attributes.

We are located in the heart of Edna Val¬ley sur¬rounded by vine¬yards and rolling hills. The sur¬round¬ing vine¬yards and winer¬ies pro¬vide a wine coun¬try feel, while being at a true work¬ing ranch. The barn has a very authen¬tic, rus¬tic, and down to earth feel to it. We are a fam¬ily run busi¬ness, run by my Dad and I. We are cattle ranchers and not your typ¬i¬cal venue hosts, pro¬vid¬ing a more intimate and family oriented venue. From our fam¬ily to yours, we love sharing our ranch with couples, family, and friends on their special day.

Where do ceremonies usually take place?

Our primary ceremony location is on the top of a hill near the barn that has 360 degree views of Edna Valley with a mountain backdrop. Vineyards lay on both sides of the ranch providing a picturesque setting. There is a large platform on top of the hill as well as a rustic white arch we provide if requested. We also have a large oak tree located a little further down the hill where couples can hold their ceremony. The barn is primarily used for the reception, but we have held ceremonies inside the barn due to inclement weather.

What is the capacity of your reception location?

The barn has the capacity to seat up to 200 people inside. We also have an outside area where overflow seating can be set up allowing us to hosts groups of up to 250.

Is there adequate parking available?

We have a very large parking lot made of DG located right next to the barn.

Do you have a PA system?

Yes, we have a PA system inside the barn for the reception. However, we do not have electricity at the ceremony location so DJ’s bring in either a battery operated PA or a generator.

What is the rental cost?

What is your cake cutting fee?

We do not charge a cake cutting fee.

What amenities do you have to offer for the ceremony? (chairs, riser, podium, aisleabras, candles, chuppah, etc.)

• a beautiful hilltop ceremony area, with 360 degrees of panoramic views

• a ceremony stage

• a rustic wooden arch, if requested

• a roomy "bridal cottage", with private restroom and patio

• a historical barn, finished with smooth concrete floors (up to 200 seated capacity)

• a barn back patio, finished with decomposed granite (up to an additional 130 seated capacity)

• large wooden barn bar

• outdoor bar

• string / market lights in barn and back patio

• natural wood chairs with white padding

• 8' rectangular tables

• on-site restrooms

• ability to set-up/have wedding rehearsal a day-prior to event

• 9 a.m. - 10 p.m. on event day

• large parking area

• caterer area with rinse station

How many can you seat in the ceremony area?

We can seat up to 250 people at the ceremony site on top of the hill.

Are there any restrictions on videographers, photographers, florists, etc?

We do not have preferred vendors and instead allow our clients to bring in whoever they would like.

Is there anything else you would like me to know?

Our pri¬mary goal is to make the bride and groom’s wed¬ding day as per¬fect and mem¬o¬rable as pos¬si¬ble. It is THEIR day and we are going to do every¬thing we can to make this hap¬pen. The ranch is theirs for the week¬end and we expect peo¬ple to treat it like it’s theirs. We always tell cou¬ples, if you wouldn’t do it in your own back¬yard, don’t do it in ours. Most impor¬tantly, have fun and make it a week¬end you will never forget!

My husband and I got married at Spreafico Farms about a month ago, and it still feels like it was a dream! From the moment we stepped onto the property, we knew we had found our spot. We had spent the previous several months searching for and visiting different barns in the area but hadn’t found one that felt like it was, well, us. I guess you could say we’re a little picky! Brandon and his dad, Jim, were incredibly accommodating and supportive throughout the entire process and were an integral part of our day. Brandon was very prompt in responding to any questions I had in the months leading up to our day, and accommodated our every need. He and his dad were there to help us set up the day before, and helped make sure things went smoothly the day of. Brandon drove my dad and I up the hill (plus the elderly guests) so we didn’t have to walk the whole length, and even took my husband and I in a Kubota onto the property for some sunset shots with our photographer. It was the perfect foundation for the family oriented atmosphere we wanted for our wedding day. They felt more like friends than just a vendor service. We are so grateful to both Brandon and his dad for all that they did to help make our day perfect!! From the moment we walked on to the property, we could envision hanging with our closest friends and family under the stars by the bar outside, or twirling on the beautifully polished concrete floors inside the barn as we danced the night away.. In the end, our wedding day was everything we imagined it would be; truly unforgettable. I HIGHLY recommend Spreafico Barn!!
