What is your specialty?

Custom-designed wedding and specialty cakes, matching chocolate name cards and edible favors: from miniature cakes to petit fours, packaged handmade truffles and cake pops. We also create Vintage dessert tables and a large assortment of French miniature pastries.

 

What is your price range (per slice, chocolate, etc)?

Wedding cakes start at $7 per person, and pricing depends on size, cake flavors and cake design.

 

What flavors do you offer?

Do you have a specialty flavor? Filling? Dessert?

The caramel parfait with poached pear filling is a customer favorite. Other popular items include the cinnamon mousse with sautéed plums and a Croquem bouche (a French dessert consisting of choux pastry balls piled into a cone and bound with threads of caramel).

 

How far in advance should an order be placed?

 For wedding cakes, you should place an order as early as possible. We only take so many orders per weekend. For specialty cakes and favors, we need at least two weeks notice.

 

Do you charge for delivery?

 Yes. We don't just deliver, we set up the cake and cover every detail and take extra care so the cake is is set up according to the brides wishes, so she can enjoy her day with peace of mind.

 

How far ahead of time can the desserts be picked up?

 We produce everything fresh and from scratch, and it's best to be enjoyed that way. So the same day is best!

 

Do you offer any specialty items such as monogramming, etc.?

 Yes, you can have your monogram on the cake and matched on a Swiss Chocolate name card or other edible items or favors.

 

Are we allowed to take leftovers home? If so, do you send a box?

 Yes, we want you to, so you get to enjoy cake for a couple extra days. We we will provide a box.

 

Do you have any rental items?

 Yes, We have all kinds of cake stands from traditional silver or gold stands, to rhinestone cake boxes and more modern custom stands. All can be rented to match and showcase the unique design of your cake.

 

Do you do Styrofoam “fake” cakes? If so, what is the cost?

You can add a faux tier, if desired, to have a larger cake to display. The cost depends on size of the fake cake and the design needed.

 

Do you always send a box for the top of the cake?

Yes, it's standard.

 

Is there anything else you would like me to know?

We do tasting by appointments only. Regular days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays - also in the evening.
