Meet Kim Le: wedding photographer, boutique and cafe owner, blogger and certified #girlboss. Kim Le's original inspiration was found years ago while helping her sister design her wedding. Still working as an accountant, Kim Le decided to take the leap and begin a career as a wedding photographer, buying equipment, reading blogs and attending workshops to achieve her dream. Two years later, she quit her  job as an accountant to pursue wedding photography full time.

That same year, Kim Le began shooting boudoir and portraits for women, learning how to make each and every woman feel confident in front of the camera. Inspired by making all women feel beautiful, the wedding styles popping up on social media and frustrated by the lack of fashion guidance when it came to planning her own wedding, Kim Le started her blog Lace & Locks, initially an outlet for her personal style and self-professed love for shopping. The blog was an instant success, with women everywhere dying to know more about the Kim Le's looks and posts for the everyday classic gal.

In May 2014, Kim Le and her husband launched the online boutique Morning Lavender with 50 pieces and has since grown to include over 700 online items. Kim Le handpicks each and every item herself, ensuring that each piece is flattering and affordable. With over 55,000 Instagram followers, the boutique has gained popularity all over the world. Weddings, engagements, vacations, work and more- these styles are being worn and seen everywhere! The store's cute flagship boutiques have opened in both San Francisco and Old Town Tustin, with the latter showcasing the newest feminine styles along with delicious coffees and teas at the combined storefront and cafe. Kim Le has balanced a blog along with an online shop and two brick-and-mortar locations all while maintaining her job as a wedding photographer- Now that's what we call a girlboss!
