Angeline and Hamed's bright nuptials paid homage to their heritage and favorite TV show.
Al Fresco Autumn Wedding at DeLoach Vineyards

Wedding Date: September 21, 2019
From the walk down the aisle to the last dance, every detail of Megan Colombo and Marius Hauser’s cheery, citrus-colored wedding reflecte the couple’s shared history. They chose to host their autumn nuptials at DeLoach Vineyards in Santa Rosa after falling in love with the venue years earlier, during their first trip to Sonoma Valley as a couple. After an emotional exchange of vows under a brilliant arbor of peach, lavender, white and pink roses, the couple and their guests shared a casual dinner among the vines. Guests drank from an assortment of blush-hued vintage glasses. A tablescape featured simple white runners and mismatched vases holding a handful of blooms, allowing the gorgeous, rustic wooden tables to shine. Following the alfresco dinner, guests created a tunnel of intricate, handwoven sashes to usher the newlyweds into their reception, in honor of the groom’s Lithuanian heritage. Creating an unforgettable entrance, the ritual is meant to invite happiness and good fortune into a new couple’s life. Marius’ parents congratulated the bride and groom with salted bread, followed by a shared goblet of water for the couple to sip from, both symbolizing everlasting love. To kick off the lively evening, the couple shared their first dance to Florence and the Machine’s cover of “Stand by Me.” The song was a natural choice, given that Megan and Marius saw the band in concert in L.A. on one of their first dates. Guests documented the unusual celebration using Instax cameras and enjoyed pieces of a .akotis—a traditional Lithuanian wedding cake made of pastry “branches”—throughout the unforgettable evening.
