ERIA Sausalito served as the perfect backdrop for this cocktail-party-style reception, held five years after Celina and Thomas’s legal wedding in 2021 amid the pandemic. Their marriage ceremony took place at Thomas’s grandmother’s house in Tiburon. Bringing their loved ones back to The Bay this past May paid homage to the original locale. ERIA’s effortlessly classic aesthetic elevated the celebration, with its gorgeous waterfront setting and subtle blue decor accents that echoed the water.
The couple met at a CrossFit studio where Thomas coached Celina. Their relationship has always been rooted in mutual support, providing a solid foundation for their marriage.
Their reception reflected class and sophistication, from the signature cocktails to the couple’s attire. The bride's little white dress was the perfect sparkly centerpiece for the occasion. Paired with the groom's coordinated ensemble and blue tie, the couple seemed to arrive straight out of The Bay’s spring fog. Guests brought splashes of color to the event, making the day feel warm and centered on connection and celebration. Signature cocktails included a Redwood Bourbon Old Fashioned and a spicy margarita with a Tajín rim.
ERIA founder Nikita Khandheria made the planning process straightforward for Celina and Thomas, scheduling time to talk through their vision one-on-one and helping ensure the process was fun and simple.
Most of all, the newlyweds were overjoyed to finally have their loved ones together to celebrate their marriage after five years.
“Focus on the marriage, and remember some celebrations are worth waiting for,” the couple remarked. —Kaeli Mahnke
