Art Deco Meets Modern Flair in Bold Wedding at Holbrooke Hotel with a Hand-Made Sweet Touch

For their wedding, Molly Meade and Kevin Cates fused art deco vibes with modern décor to make for an electric evening at the Holbrooke Hotel. Opting for a palette of bright jewel tones, the bridesmaids wore satin gowns in shades of sapphire, topaz, and ruby. Molly’s own look was rich with texture, donning a lace gown with an illusion bodice and flowing detachable organza skirt. Up to par with his bride, Kevin chose to rock a striking three-piece emerald suit. Soft pink florals offset the otherwise bold aesthetic of their wedding, incorporating leafy manzanita branches into the larger arrangements as a nod to Molly’s childhood home. The greatest accomplishment for the couple was held in their perfection of baking their three-tier wedding cake themselves – their months of hard work making for a sweet touch on their big day.
