
Ojai Valley Inn has debuted a brand new $20 million event center, The Farmhouse at Ojai Valley Inn. Acclaimed architect Howard Backen, of Backen Gillam Kroeger in Napa, created the grand 30,000 square foot addition.The spaceis dedicated to connecting the worlds of food and entertainment. Renowned chef, authorandJames Beard Foundation Award winner Nancy Silverton was announced as The Farmhouse's Culinary Ambassador.
Ojai Valley Inn, first founded in 1923, rests within the Topa Topa Mountains in Ojai Valley. The resort provides the perfect balance between the luxury of Southern California and the natural aesthetic of bohemian Ojai. Ojai Valley Inn boasts an impressive220 acrelandscape dotted with oak and olive trees and offers many amazing amenities including the 31,000 square foot Spa Ojai and its Spa Village, The Artist Cottage, a historic golf course, apiary and beekeeping, various pools and more than five dining concepts.

The new Farmhouse offers a stunning view of the mountain range with its gorgeous indoor-outdoor spaces. Ancient olive trees, an organic chef's garden cultivated by local landscape designer Scott Daigre, a lovely two-story fireplace and acentury oldoak tree make The Farmhouse a truly one-of-a-kind space. The Kitchen showcases a cutting edge VikingKithcen, exhibition center, high-definition displays and stadium seating allowing up to 80 guests to see The Farmhouse's chefs at work. The Lawn, home to the Lynx Outdoor Kitchen, includes state-of-the-art cooking technology, spacious outdoor seatingandeven a wood-burning pizza oven. The Farmhouse also houses The Great Room, an incredible 8500 square foot ballroom space.

Nancy Silverton with Dario Cecchini on the Art of Butchering (November 23-24, 2019)
Internationally renowned Tuscan butcher Dario Cecchini will be on hand for back to back events ranging from an exclusive master class to a meat-centric dinner accompanied by wines from famed Chianti producer, Fontodi Winery.
