 Xochitl and Ian lived and worked in downtown Los Angeles, which was why the Vibiana was the perfect event space for their nuptials. Their color scheme was inspired by the contrast of the cool and romantic lavender with the hot summer, and they added a touch of modern with red accents. The bride and groom knew that good food and good music were the keys to any successful event, so they decided on a menu that incorporated their favorite foods and hired a Mariachi band for added flavor and cultural ties. Guests dined on their delectable menu of tamales, steaks and mixed drinks at the ceremony that was anything but traditional.
