Sparks immediately began to fly when Sheridan Sturm and Seth Spivack met in downtown Los Angeles, and after seven years of dating, the pair became engaged on a trip to New York City while visiting loved ones. Under a bright August sun at The Ritz-Carlton Bacara in Santa Barbara, Sheridan and Seth professed their love for each other in front of their family and friends with the vast Pacific serving as the perfect backdrop. Designed to highlight the ocean views, the celebration was truly a breath of fresh air, featuring earth tones accented by orange and blue that created a calm and refreshing atmosphere. The addition of potted plants along the aisle, in the seating chart and on every table created an organic scene that highlighted the newlyweds’ love for nature. Soft shades of brown and orange adorned the reception space, introducing a welcome autumnal feeling to a late-summer wedding. As evening fell, Sheridan and Seth danced to songs from key moments of their relationship, including tunes from artists such as The Beach Boys, Frank Sinatra, Elvis and many, many others.
