Hayley and Dylan Brooks wed in Laguna Beach at The Ranch, bringing just a hint of rustic influence into their vibrant, California-inspired day. The couple wanted their nuptials to showcase their immense joy and love with more extravagant and bold décor pieces. A focal point of the day was a floral arch, bursting with coral peonies, peach ranunculus, and hot pink bougainvillea (among other sumptuous varieties). French Bouquet crafted a vision of the California sunset, where a subtle ombré effect seamlessly transitioned from bold pinks to soft peaches, and the arch was strategically repurposed after the ceremony for the sweetheart table for the reception. Uniquely positioned at an intersection between land and sea, The Ranch at Laguna Beach was an easy choice, featuring a variety of gorgeous event spaces and Laguna Beach's only 9-hole golf course. Sprawling greenery set the backdrop for a romantic ceremony on the Harvest Lawn, where Hayley and Brooks exchanged vows surrounded by lush mountain vistas. Décor for the ceremony kept things simple featuring the floral arch as an altar and a few reminiscent arrangements at the entrance of the aisle, where a nearby string quartet serenaded the bridal party's entrance. For their reception, Hayley and Dylan worked with their team of expert wedding professionals to curate a vibrant and elegant sit-down dinner on The Ranch's Sage Patio. Pinks and oranges were a warm-hued motif in florals, but tablescapes opted for a more minimalistic and neutral interpretation of the design with place settings featuring sage menus adorned with chic citrus stems. A personalized seating chart featured photos of every guest with a timeless personalized wax seal reading "H & D" holding them on a wooden board, a unique and fun showcase of Hayley and Dylan's history with their guests over the years. The sweetheart table expanded upon the gorgeous floral arch from the ceremony with a bright and textured arrangement lining the floor in front of our newlyweds that also doubled as a chic backdrop for their first dance. The day brought the excited and vivacious aura of spring to Hayley and Dylan's wedding while keeping a careful eye on creating a timeless event. The modern edge of the design paired with the subtle rustic ambiance of The Ranch made for a stylized and eternally memorable day.
