A Royal Wedding Palette: Sapphire Blue and Blush
A Royal Palette
Graceful and elegant, sapphire blue and blush are a perfect pairing that easily translates from classic to glamorous to preppy, with the blue’s brilliance standing out against the demure blush. “I definitely think this color scheme is versatile for any wedding style,” notes Studio City’s Hylah White of H. White Special Events, who has been designing weddings for more than 10 years. “Sapphire blue might seem bold, but when mixed with the softness of blush and ivory, it remains timeless.” Linens, programs, invitations and escort cards are great moments for embracing the statement color, while the neutral blush tone becomes the focal point for bouquets, centerpieces and perhaps even bridesmaid dresses. White loves seeing brides add a splash of personality by incorporating color into their bridal look, whether it’s with a bright pair of shoes or a classic piece such as a pair of earrings. “The most exciting part about designing a wedding is that no two weddings are the same,” says White. “They all have their own unique style.”
