My husband and I found Fran on The Knot. We used their search feature to find affordable yet top rated wedding coordinators willing to cover a wedding in Santa Barbara, CA. The first impression I got was from her timely email response to my inquiry. From her email response it was clear she had done her research. She read and explored our wedding website and incorporated personal touches in her email response that coincided with the information she learned about us from our wedding website. I was already impressed. Next, I was grateful to learn that she was extremely flexible with her wedding packages, open to tailoring a packet unique to our needs. I was also happy to learn that she was not charging us any lodging or travel fees - other coordinators were asking for an arm and a leg in this particular area. Once we signed, she immediately started to work on our wedding. She wasted no time. She was organized and got us information promptly. She was also very earnest about my husband and I texting her with any and all questions. At one point she mentioned that we had not taken advantage of this service, as much as we should have. When your wedding coordinator is inviting you to reach out more frequently . . . well, I can't stress enough how comforting and encouraging this was to hear. She took on so many useful tasks. She coordinated conference calls with our vendors, put together a detailed timeline, she and her staff decorated our reception and ceremony venue like a dream, she handled all vendors and coordinated timely set up, she was present at both our walk through at the reception venue and the rehearsal at the ceremony venue, she made available extra decor/misc items (flower girl basket and ring bearer pillow) that she has collected over time, and more. Where do I start? Fran is amazing. She was on point. Fran was so organized. She is so helpful and was excited to help and make our special day run smoothly. We were married on 11/11/17 and our wedding was amazing because of Fran. Eryk and I did not have to worry about anything. Fran and her team just amazed us and did an outstanding job. She made sure everything was taken care of so we could enjoy our day. I would recommend Fran to anyone who is getting married, she is the best!!! Thank you, Fran! Fran and her team were wonderful. The day was a bit wild but our wedding and celebration were perfect. Fran has such an eye for design, and that is something I needed in my planner/day-of coordinator because I made all of my centerpieces, favors, cake toppers, and some of the signs. There were so many moving parts the day-of, and Fran managed all of it and made everything I had wanted look even better than I had imagined! Throughout the planning process Fran kept me calm and was always there to answer questions and help me get things figured out. Fran was our wedding planner throughout the whole process and made our day way better than we were even expecting. She used the decorative details we wanted and created something so uniquely beautiful! One really important factor of our wedding was that we had our dog part of our ceremony and were planning to keep her at the reception. Fran brought us a bag of goodies just for her! Being a shy dog, she began to be uncomfortable in her little pen but that was no problem at all! Fran and her team took care of it by taking Willow(our dog) all the way home! To me that was beyond our expectations. They even showed us pictures of Willow sleeping in the car so that we knew she was fine. Every question I had at any given moment throughout the wedding planning and day of, she was there. The evening was stress free 100% because of Fran. -Stephanie L.

We were so impressed by Fran. She found our wedding and reception venue the first day we met her. She was on it, buttoned up, and extremely generous with her time. I was most impressed by her attention to detail and creative aesthetic.
