She handled the hard work so my husband and I could actually enjoy planning our wedding. "Cara is THE BEST. I did not know how much I needed a wedding coordinator until I hired Cara, I was married at a private estate and planning on doing everything myself. Cara helped me to think of all of the little things that I would never have thought of in planning the day of. "I cannot thank Tiana enough for the hard work she did for our wedding! We had a unique situation in that we went through a final walkthrough for our vendor and the ENTIRE hotel was under construction. Thank goodness Tiana had the foresight to come with us for that walkthrough (totally not required by the way) and basically took the lead on moving our entire event to another locations in a little over 2 weeks! We started from scratch literally driving from that walkthrough to a potential new venue. It was crazy dramatic and honestly I don't know if I would have survived without her. Not to mention- she has exceptional taste and she totally got my vision. I felt truly relaxed and had the best time getting ready knowing the day was in her hands. If you are a type A bride with a specific vision- you should get Tiana on your team ASAP. Throughout the process, Tiana guided us through and was truly professional but also super fun to be around. All of our vendors were great and maybe if there was a little hiccup, she kept them in line and on track for the way we wanted things to go. The online planning system they use was such a lifesaver also and Tiana kept things on track and organized. The day of the wedding I felt like everything just magically happened the way I envisioned it, all because of Tiana. The stress leading up to the day was totally worth it; but had we not had Tiana on our team I am certain I would not have the amazing success story of the wedding that we do and will cherish forever. "We were fortunate to have Alex Fingerlin help us coordinate our perfect Temecula wedding weekend. Alex of Michelle Garibay Events was recommended to us by the winery where we booked our ceremony/reception to be held. Alex took the time to converse with us, getting to know us and our likes. She obviously listened because she steered us to vendors for our choosing which addressed our desires, style... we simply couldnʻt have been more pleased with them all. "Planning a wedding can be completely overwhelming, especially when you don't live in the town you are getting married in! From a referral from our photographer we learned of Michelle. We were not able to meet her in person but had a lovely phone conversation. We hit if off right away and knew that she would be essential for us in planning our wedding. Everything about Michelle is personal and professional. The use of a shared Pinterest board and a wedding planning site were so helpful in communication. I was able to share my ideas quickly with her and she was always quick to respond. Michelle is well connected with just about the entire community of Temecula and surrounding areas, which made planning a destination wedding much easier. I was able to trust her with recommendations on all of our vendors. With every wedding there are always things that come up, Michelle was easy to work with and always calm. She did an excellent job of working with all of the personalities family and friends. I thought I had everything lined up and I ended up needing another hair and make up artist, her suggestion was more than amazing! I can not tell you how nice it was not to have to line up different family members or friends to have to set up or take down after the wedding. Her day of check lists allowed for me to bring some personal items, she and her staff put out and packed back up. So organized! We were so fortunate to have Michelle as our coordinator, I felt like I had known her my entire life as she knew exactly just what to do and when to do it. There became a moment when I became very overwhelmed before the ceremony started, she could tell and knew that I needed to have some peace and quiet. She was able to get the wedding party out of the bridal suite, so it was just my mom, dad and I without hurting anyone's feelings. It will be a moment that I will always treasure that I was able to have with my parents before I walked down the aisle. If you think you do not need a coordinator, think again. Michelle is more than a coordinator. She is a muse, a listener, an organizer, a planner, an executor, a confidant and loves all things weddings.
