Former Miss California Natasha Alexis Nichelman hosted a luxurious wedding reception inspired by European design and A Midsummer Night's Dream at Tuscan Rose Ranch on a cloudy May day. The day began with a ceremony inside a historic church—a sacred space with breathtakingly high ceilings and gilded altars. Natasha made her grand entrance in a stunning entrance in a strapless ballgown adorned with intricate floral appliqués and a dramatic full skirt. She met her groom, Zach Nichelman—dressed in an exquisitely chic white-jacket tuxedo—and the couple exchanged vows in front of an intimate gathering of family and friends.
Following the ceremony, guests transitioned to Tuscan Rose Ranch for a reception that felt like stepping into a European fairytale. A dramatic 15-foot floral installation stole the spotlight, arching above the head table and adorned with cascading blooms and a sparkling chandelier. The head table itself was an artful masterpiece, featuring an ombre floral design that transitioned seamlessly from purple to yellow, with pastel tones that echoed the soft and romantic palette of the day. The fragrance of sweet peas, garden roses and peonies filled the air—an element Albert Castaneda of Stemmed Floral Design described as "instantly creating an ambiance of luxury and elegance."
Guests dined at tables draped in neutral linens, accented by gold-rimmed glass chargers and modern gold flatware. Light-toned blooms in hues of blush, peach and lavender filled the centerpieces, paired with glowing candles that added warmth well into the evening. For a more intimate experience, lounge areas featuring vintage-inspired furniture were set up around the garden, surrounded by lush greenery, string lights, and draped garlands.
The couple's three-tier cake—adorned with vibrant buttercream florals featuring orange, pink and yellow tones—was a whimsical nod to the day's romantic charm: a true feast for the senses.
