I used Friar Tux for my wedding and was not disappointed. I should mention that I utilized 4 different locations for the process (one for ordering, 2 others for delivery, and 1 for returns) and it worked out seamlessly. The service was spectacular and I would use them again (for a different occasion, of course).

Good service - well done! Thank you for coming through - we ordered 14 tuxedo's for a private event - all of them fit perfectly and no issues. STRONG!!!

I'd like to share a my recent experience to those interested in shopping or renting a suit or tuxedo at Friar Tux. This location gets 5 stars for the customer service, and in particular, one individual Sara-store manager. Sara didn't stop working until all of us were satisfied. She even took a call from one of us out of town to make sure the details were accurate. For those of us whose suit sizes were not available in the store, Sara searched across the branches in California and got them shipped for us for us within 2 days. The real magic came when 5 days before the wedding there was an issue with my suit when I came to pick it up. Sara, who was off that day, personally called the store to rectify the problem and had a new suit shipped overnight to save the day-all while assuring me everything would be ok. She lived up to her word. Thank you again for everything Sara. Because of the customer service I received from you, I would always recommend Friar Tux to my friends as well as you.

I have been meaning to write Friar Tux a review! My husband was in a wedding about a month ago in Long Beach, we left got all the way there in horrible traffic with minutes to spare--only to realize, he left his tux sitting by the front door. I called Friar Tux fully freaking out as the wedding was in about an hour and they were AMAZING. They got everything we needed together and stood waiting--literally--in the parking lot so we just grabbed it and were on our way. The store manager, whose name I don't recall now was THE BEST. They even let us ship back to them since we wouldn't be anywhere near the store the next day. There were so flexible and so nice! I've raved to everyone.
