"I'd like to share a my recent experience to those interested in shopping or renting a suit or tuxedo at Friar Tux. This location gets 5 stars for the customer service, and in particular, one individual Sara-store manager. Sara didn't stop working until all of us were satisfied. She even took a call from one of us out of town to make sure the details were accurate. For those of us whose suit sizes were not available in the store, Sara searched across the branches in California and got them shipped for us for us within 2 days. The real magic came when 5 days before the wedding there was an issue with my suit when I came to pick it up. Sara, who was off that day, personally called the store to rectify the problem and had a new suit shipped overnight to save the day-all while assuring me everything would be ok. "I have been meaning to write Friar Tux a review! My husband was in a wedding about a month ago in Long Beach, we left got all the way there in horrible traffic with minutes to spare--only to realize, he left his tux sitting by the front door. I called Friar Tux fully freaking out as the wedding was in about an hour and they were AMAZING.
