Lauren & Brandon: A Fashion-Filled Garden Affair at Terranea Resort

Lauren and Brandon both work in the fashion industry, so design was a key aspect for the San Francisco-based couple. Terranea Resort's coastal setting and lush grounds set the tone for Lauren's wedding day vision: a modern garden setting with an avant-garde flair. With Terranea as their palette, wedding planner Perfect The Event and florist Three Petals created a sleek look by utilizing elegant white decor and gold accents with whimsical florals adding to the garden feel. Taking center stage was the dreamy ceremony structure which featured more than 3,200 white tulips. Instead of traditional petals down the aisle, fully stemmed roses were planted along each side. This vision was carried over into the reception area with tulips draped from the tall centerpieces atop mirrored kings tables. Other details included escort card champagne flutes that guided guests to their table presented under a geometric "tree" complete with hanging tulips. Late night Grand Marnier crepes capped off the grand experience.
