"We booked Leilani Weddings almost a year in advance for our wedding on Sept 2 2022. Danielle worked with us in the beginning to find a planning/coordination package that worked for our budget. We had access to their portal which had a bunch of great tips/resources, and my husband got a discount on his suit through their partnership with FriarTux! We filled out a very detailed and extensive Google sheet which was a bit time consuming but it's how they have all the information we need them to have so I'm glad we did a three month package so I could work on it over time. Although Danielle herself wasn't there on wedding day, she was on all of our calls and their head of operations, Crystal checked in with us weekly in the month leading up to the big day. Our day-of coordinators kept us on track with timeline and did so much set up for us. The day went smoothly and I wish I could live that day over and over! Very glad we had their team of capable ladies helping us out."
"I booked Leilani weddings for my wedding in October and they were amazing. We had to postpone our wedding twice. Once because my dad got sick and the second time because of the pandemic and they were SO understanding both times. It truly meant so much to me when my dad was sick back in 2019 to postpone so he could be there and they didn't charge us anything and let us move our deposit to the following year. Danielle ended up being my coordinator and she honestly took care of everything. We didn't have to lift a finger all day which was great because my husband and I really just got to enjoy the day. My lady in waiting was very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. They packed up my car with all of our decorations, disposable cameras, etc at the end of the night and we're so nice to our guests. We even had a little wardrobe malfunction with my mother in-law mid reception (haha bound to be something during a wedding right!) and she stepped in and was in the bathroom with her helping! I didn't even know until the next day! Seriously they go above and beyond and helped set up everything for my reception. It all looked stunning. I don't know what I would have done without her!! Danielle even ended up snapping some photos throughout the day and she sent me a shared album which was so nice to have some pics to look through right away. She even created a fun little video for us as well of some moments she captured throughout the day. We even had to get a pic with her at the end of the night as well! I love supporting women run and owned business and Danielle is so hardworking. You can just tell she knows what she's doing and she was everything we were looking for in a wedding coordinator!"

There are numerous reasons to hire Leilani Weddings, but I'll highlight the three that really drove our decision to hire this team and why we think this was one of the best wedding decisions we made. Also, if you do not read all of this, I don't blame you. At least reference all three reasons- the third can be a major selling point.
1.) --- They specialize in multicultural weddings. ---
My HUSBAND is Nigerian and although we had a traditional Nigerian ceremony we really wanted to incorporate elements of Nigerian culture into our American wedding. Prior to hiring a coordinator, I posted a question related to multicultural catering on a bridal Facebook group. Danielle approached me following that post and I feel like the universe was looking out for me that day because I truly consider the success of our wedding to her and her team. I am extremely grateful that her savvy business approach led her to my DM. I had several other wedding coordinators approach me through that group- whereas other planners had an abrasive "pay me and I'll give you a vendor list" approach, Danielle was the complete opposite. She approached it with grace and ease, taking the time to assess the situation and then provide her executive opinion. This is a sign of someone who knows their sh*t and knows they can handle the situation, whatever it may be. THIS IS DANIELLE!
Managing differing cultural backgrounds coming together for a wedding can be quite complex. We interviewed several coordinators and presented them with some concerns related to planning a wedding that would appease our Nigerian family, our American family and, of course, US. Danielle really stood out. She took the time to understand, asking questions to ensure she had a grasp on the cultural processes and priorities. She really got it. She is very culturally informed, yet she also felt like an ally when I presented my concerns about my in laws taking over the wedding planning (any Nigerians out there know that family LOVE to be involved). She has a rare ability to be culturally sensitive while still prioritizing the bride and groom.
2.) ---- Danielle + team are extremely organized and efficient. ---
We had a different vendor for every single aspect of our wedding (we even had two rental companies) and Danielle managed all of them, reviewed all the contracts, and took over those fine details that can really become overwhelming in the weeks leading up to the big day. I was also a rather neurotic bride- the type that researches every Palm Springs wedding venue and will troll the internet to ensure we've found the best deal on taper candles. I've got some serious spreadsheet skills, but when Danielle sent me the spreadsheet for tracking our planning progress I nearly thought about taking my ring off and proposing to her. She has an impressive system for organizing and tracking vendors, tasks, and the important details that will help you immensely with wedding prep.
On our wedding day there were some hiccups- none of which were attributed to Danielle or her team. In fact, I attribute how few people noticed these hiccups to the Leilani team. And by hiccup, I mean a diabetic uncle fainted, an ambulance showed up AND HARDLY ANYONE NOTICED. Danielle was right there helping him and ensuring he got the care he needed while somehow not letting it take over the flow of activities (Uncle was on the dance floor later that night, btw). A wedding can really be equated to a live show and Danielle is truly a master director. When a few things came up with other unwieldy vendors her approach was really "the show must go on" and that it did. And SO WELL. Because she is so proficient and organized these minor bumps were out of site for our guests and they did not take away AT ALL from the magic, beauty and fun of this special day.
3.) --- Danielle is insanely creative and has stellar styling abilities. ---
Danielle is an incredibly capable and intelligent businesswoman, in addition to being a rockstar wedding coordinator and planner. The cherry on top is that she is a truly talented designer and stylist. I had a vision for what our wedding would look like and I took the time to pick out décor, but Danielle ran with it and the results were mind-blowing. I really feel that my own wedding was the most beautiful wedding I have ever been to. IT WAS STUNNING. Danielle reviewed the theme/look of our wedding a few months prior and I felt like she had great recommendations for refining it as well as where to go for more cost-effective options. I sincerely felt that she was as budget aware as we were. I like to think that I have a decent ability to style, but if that is not your thing you do not have to worry when you've got Danielle. I would completely trust her with taking full reign of design and styling.
