"We had our ceremony and reception at AOP. Our ceremony was in front of the large aquarium at the Blue Cavern. Guests arrived at the Harbor Terrace and got to touch the moon jellies at the touch tank. After the ceremony, we had a cocktail hour where our guest could explore the upper galleries while enjoying appetizers and drinks. After the cocktail hour, dinner was served in the grand hall under the blue whale."

"I wanted to have children at my wedding/reception. And AOP have this awesome add-on where you could hire an educator. For the kids, they had a pizza party and then get to meet up with the educators. Some of our guests made comments that the young children will be forever spoiled by our wedding and will ask where is the fish at the next wedding."

"MOLAA really blew me away. Our wedding there was amazing, better than I could have expected. We had our ceremony in the sculpture garden, cocktail hour in the Balboa room, then our reception back outside in the garden. Our guests still talk about how beautiful and different the museum was. It was exactly what we were looking for in a wedding venue; modern, different, colorful, natural. Also we had over 200 people and they helped us figure out exactly how it would all work, giving us many options and working with us on ideas. Christina Cruz was our coordinator and she was FANTASTIC! We were planning the wedding from out of town and she was always there to help with answers and ideas. She was also available by email and very responsive. Also, MOLAA works with TGIS exclusively as a caterer and we had many comments from guests about how the food was incredible. Thank you again Christina!!!"

"Words can't express how grateful my husband and I are to have had the wedding of our dreams at LBMA!!!! There is no other venue in the world that I would have rather had my wedding take place. Everything down to the finest details were taken care of so seamlessly by the attentive and caring staff. From food and alcohol tastings, to mapping out our tables and selecting our chairs and utensils, to the month of meeting, the LBMA staff was there listening and prepared to deliver on our big day. They provided input and guidance and were more than gracious in making sure every request of ours was met. A very special shout out to Adreanna and Dahnia for going ABOVE AND BEYOND to deliver and exceed our expectations. They took care of us from start to finish and treated my family as if we were their own. When Adreanna left on maternity leave, Dahnia stepped in full time and was so quick to respond to every email and phone call we had with questions regarding even the smallest details. Our experience would not have been the same had these two incredible ladies not been a huge part of making our wedding flawless. I cannot wait to return to the venue for brunch at the delicious Claire's restaurant and share our wedding book with Dahnia and Adreanna. 10/10 would recommend this venue to anyone that is looking for a beautiful and charming venue with incredibly delicious food and drinks, a stunning view of Long Beach and a staff and coordinators that will do everything possible to put you at ease not only on your wedding day, but in all of the months leading up to it as well. I am eternally grateful for all of the fond memories I will have and those that were made possible by everyone involved at LBMA."
