Danielle & Randy: An Elegant Flower-Filled Wedding at Four Seasons Los Angeles
Danielle and Randy dreamed of a timeless and elegant party in a beautiful ballroom with a formal setting—but one where the guests could cut loose and enjoy the evening.
The florals were a textured collection of lush, organically composed white blooms incorporating peonies, roses, garden roses, hydrangeas and accents of dusty miller. A four-post ceremony structure was dramatically overgrown with white florals and greenery accents. Low planter boxes wrapped in gray shantung fabric housed troughs of white florals set down the aisle, which was lined with a bed of white petals.
Sterling Social dreamed up a sophisticated design in a soft and classic neutral palette of white, ivory and dove gray with layers of textural elements, such as linen, light distressed wood, glass and mirrors. The color palette progressed from soft whites at the ceremony to crisp, sophisticated shades of white and gray tones mixed with a clean-line Restoration Hardware aesthetic for the candlelit reception.
Tailored rows of Moët & Chandon Champagne splits displayed cards with guest names and their table numbers. The bottles of bubbly served as a fun parting gift for guests as well.
Sky Events & Production created a stunning 10-foot-diameter floral chandelier to suspend over the white, high-gloss dance floor. In addition, the florist created the perfect photo op as guests headed to the ballroom: an incredible 15-foot wall adorned with fresh white florals.
The University of Southern California Marching Band made a surprise appearance during the reception, luring many guests to the dance floor, and proudly saluting “Fight On” with the bride and groom. Danielle and Randy both went to USC as undergrads, although it was not until after college that they were introduced.
