Lush Garden Wedding at San Ysidro Ranch

When Kristi and Brian were planning their wedding, they wanted their special day to be filled with romance, relaxation and personal details. The upper estate lawn at Santa Barbara’s San Ysidro Ranch provided the perfect setting, complete with an ocean view and lush gardens. The service was held outside beneath an arbor entwined with greenery and white roses, and bunches of cream and blush flowers were peppered throughout the venue, providing a sweet and delicate aesthetic. Kristi walked down the aisle in a strapless lace Marisa gown and Badgley Mischka shoes, which she says made her feel like Grace Kelly.
After the ceremony, guests moved into a large white tent for the reception. The style of the reception was eclectic, with details ranging from antique-looking wooden chairs and tables to contemporary glass pendant lights. Pomegranate details, such as escort card holders and spritzers, paid tribute to the couple’s business of selling pomegranates and chocolate-covered pomegranate seeds. As the sun set, the venue was aglow with candles and lanterns, and the couple shared their first dance beneath the stars on the outdoor dance floor.
