Caitlyn and David's wedding at Redbird was an urban fantasy. This haven situated in downtown LA was the perfect backdrop for a stunning ceremony and intimate dinner under the stars featuring a menu hand-crafted by the team at Redbird. Ceremony decor featured a dynamic floral installation, simple to keep the focus on the garden atmosphere around. Chic modernism was a theme of this event, white table settings were elegantly refined and decor pieces were bold and well-suited to their surroundings. Caitlyn's vision was to emphasize the natural garden ambiance and accent it with summer wildflowers and colorful florals in hues of orange and yellow. The resulting design was romantic and whimsical, a true wedding day dream.
From the bride, Caitlyn, Our wedding day was filled with so much happiness, easy flow, and celebration! We were inspired by the space, the beautiful olive trees and colorful urban garden. I absolutely loved the florals from Morgan at Wild Muse, they were exactly what I envisioned, bright, cheerful and romantic. My dress was classic and elegant, with a gentle touch of pearls on my vail, and the perfect curls from Lindsay Victoria and Brittany Brown's fresh and bright makeup. The first look moment was one of my favorite memories of the day, so special to have some one-on-one time before all the festivities began. Our ceremony was so special, and we really loved being able to share some personal vows with each other. Also, everyone raved about the food, saying it was the best food they ever had at a wedding before, thanks to the incredible Redbird menu! And it was so special to have my cousin Mike Larson be our incredible officiant, and our friend Scott Sanford as the DJ who curated a great soundtrack for the evening and ended with some epic party jams! The day was absolutely perfect and so grateful for Nicole George and her team for leading such a smooth and special day.
