The Lizzy Liz Events team was looking to push couples out of their comfort zones and onto the open ocean, and what better backdrop to do so than on a yacht? This event really was about big, bold florals. For the ceremony, summery blooms lined the railings of the boat and the aisle and glistened against the open ocean. The bright floral design by Honey Bear Events paired dainty greenery with blooming flowers from the ceremony to reception. Working with a color palette inspired by the San Diego skyline brought dynamic warm tones to the forefront, with hues of orange and pink prominently featured. The stunning bouquet designed by Honey Bear Events followed suit utilizing soft warm tones paired with leafy greenery, resulting in a chic mixture that perfectly embodies summer in Southern California and was perfect for a walk down the aisle. This shoot really was "all flowers on deck" as the team behind it attested. Balancing darker hues with bright orange, pink and peach tones rounded out the floral design for this gorgeous seaside shoot and solidified the "sunset" feel. Tinted glassware was a perfect compliment to floral décor and brought in some opaque darker tones to contrast bright hues. Wowing in a stunning gown by JINZA Bridal, an off-the-shoulder silhouette, whimsical sleeves and a ballgown shape dazzled against the vast open ocean. As the sunset after the ceremony, the dynamic color palette of this event continued to shine late into the night.
