The historic Boddy House, with a capacity of 100 guests, was designed by the renowned Hollywood Regency architect James E. Dolena and offers spectacular views of the San Gabriel Mountains. This 22-room estate blends timeless elegance with modern amenities, creating an unforgettable setting for your celebration.
Alternate spaces include the Boddy House Lawn for ceremony (which can accommodate up to 100 guests) and the Rose Pavilion (capacity 170) or the Boddy House Terrace (capacity 100) for reception. Evening events take place from 5 to 10 pm, allowing couples to embrace Descanso Gardens’ spectacular twilight ambiance.

Every booking includes a one-hour rehearsal at the ceremony site, access to a bridal room for preparations, and early admission at 3 pm on the wedding day for pre-ceremony photography in the lush gardens. To ensure a flawless experience, floor staff are present throughout the event, and the venue includes liability insurance for the couple and guests.
