The California wedding community gathered at Tar Creek Ranch for California Wedding Day's Tapas & 'Tinis party planned and designed by Zest It Up Event Design & Coordination to celebrate the release of the Spring/Summer '25 issue. The inspiration behind the event was a twist on the charm of a classic dirty martini with a neutral color palette, flickering candles and buzzing ambience.
Chic linens and décor brought by All About Events, Draping by Kim, and Luxe Linen were effortlessly complemented by florals and candles from Elizabeth Grace Floral. Guests indulged in food by Garnet Culinary and experienced unique drinks from Cass Winery, Iron Wolf Coffee, Tap Truck, Krobar Craft Distillery and To Be Honest Bev Co. They finished off thier night with desserts from Just Baked and enjoyed ice cream from Negranti Creamery. Affogato anyone? Enhancing the swanky atmosphere, violinist, Ben Hoyt offered live music and aerialist, Lily Grace Quirk wowed guests. Grand CA Wedding Day marquee letters from Alpha Lit Central Coast illuminated the festivities. Thanks to Tami Bernard, the California Wedding Day team was in full glam. Guests took advantage of Epic Entertainment's photo booth, documenting the evening. Signage throughout the event was beautifully crafted by Rachell Rae Designs and martinis were topped with edible toppers by Bee Box Design Studio. Daring to Dream Events helped tie the party entire together with their impeccable staff.
During the event, the California Wedding Day team—Publisher Amanda Holder, CEO and Owner Sonja Babich and Editorial Director Lara Burnap–took a moment to thank wedding professionals, sponsors and to introduce the new magazine.
