The staff was incredibly attentive to every detail, we felt supported along the way with planning our wedding, Sunriver recommended great vendors to work with, and the event was absolutely perfect. We had our wedding ceremony outside on the Bachelor Lawn and the reception in the Great Hall. The wedding day was colder than expected, and the Sunriver staff was at the ready to move the ceremony indoors if needed. We had heaters set up outside at the last minute and it all worked out beautifully. We also had the rehearsal dinner/welcome reception planned outside but had to move indoors at the last minute due to rain, and the Sunriver staff made Plan B work out seamlessly. Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional, and so patient with all of our questions along the planning process. "I had my dream wedding at Sunriver. Each event was planned down to the finest detail, and as someone who is very inexperienced with weddings in general, my experience was amazing! I would recommend using the preferred vendor list and any of the food will be amazing! We only had 29 people, and I was so pleased when I discovered they catered to couples with smaller weddings also. I would have any event here and hope to come back in the future. Not only was the venue spectacular, but the guidance and support of the Sunriver Catering Services Manager, Lynne Cahill and her staff were beyond amazing. The venue was so stunning and they were able to fulfill every request we had. The food was actually amazing and so was the bar. Wendy and Ally were both really lovely to work with and we always felt that we were in capable hands. It was just a blast having our friends and family all converge in beautiful Sunriver and get to enjoy the scenery and property with us for the weekend.
