An Enchanted Evening: Persian & Indian Wedding Inspiration
From the moment we laid eyes on this Persian and Indian-inspired wedding photo shoot, we knew it had to be shared. Like most people, we're guilty of assuming that historical and modern design aesthetics can never mix cohesively but every detail of this inspiration shoot puts that thought to shame. Wedding Elegance by Nahid and Celadon & Celery worked side-by-side to transform the Villa Vista Country Club into a true modern fantasy and every detail is absolutely exquisite. The outdoor center table was enhanced with a plethora of classic roses and flowers, rose gold cutlery and fine china that tied in beautifully with the elegant menu cards. For a modern spin on tradition, the table was lined with crystal candle holders and enhanced with statement-making gold chairs from Revelry Event Design. The modern, square cake from Sweet Cheeks Baking was set up inside one of the venue's private dining rooms and adorned with more vibrant flowers and vintage candle holders. Just like the name suggests, every detail of this modern fantasy was simply enchanted.
"Drawing from the rich heritage and combination of Persian and Indian cultures, The King and I took place at the Vista Valley Country Club in Vista, CA. We wanted to create a modern fantasy embedded with a true meeting of royal heritage, rich backgrounds and ethereal decor. The unique setting, natural backgrounds and true charm of the venue matched perfectly with the bride and groom's attire and adornments. Inspired by The Sword In the Stone, we drew from a variety of cultures to illustrate the true contemporary American wedding which is just that, a royally inspired combination of an assortment of cultures in a historical yet modern setting." -Braja Mandala Photography
