Turning your reception into a kegger isn’t something most couples would tap into, but Napa’s Define Wines is convincing more couples to say "yes" to rosé. Winemaker David James turned disaster into a new delivery system after the 2014 earthquake damaged several of the winery’s storage barrels. James painted and tinkered until the specialized kegs could effectively pour and serve his pink wine portfolio. In fact, he believed in the new product so much, that the first wine keg was used at his own wedding. Define’s rosé taps and barrels can be rented in Northern California or shipped to destinations farther afield. The slim 5-gallon wine keg holds 26 bottles, and once tapped, the nectar within can last as long as three months.
