Catering powerhouse 24 Carrots Catering & Events officially welcomed Oak Creek Golf Club into the 24 Carrots Collection with a Mexico City–inspired soirée. Brimming with bright colors and vibrant cultural elements, the event treated guests to a unique menu that paired traditional Mexican ingredients with contemporary culinary techniques.
Located in Irvine, Oak Creek Golf Club features a world-class Tom Fazio–designed golf course. For this festive celebration, Oak Creek was transformed with eclectic décor, which included luxurious lounge vignettes, florals, candles and fresh fruit to enhance the venue’s warmth and versatility.
Bartenders poured classic cocktails with a twist like a mole old-fashioned and an espresso martini made with Abuelita chocolate. The catering pros debuted their new chef-directed pasta station, which served street corn cacio e pepe out of a wheel of Parmesan. Other culinary delights included mariscos and parrilla stations, as well as interactive dessert station featuring churro semifreddo sandwiches.
