California Wedding Day Fall/Winter 2022

Between downtown Los Angeles’ fashion and arts districts lies Row DTLA (@rowdtla), a commercial collective of boutiques, restaurants, event spaces and more, housed in six industrial-style buildings. The downtown destination is a great option for a day of wedding-dress shopping, with a bridal boutique, restaurants and spas all in the vicinity. Start the day at the collective’s newest tenant, bridal designer Andrea Pitter’s Pantora Bridal (@pantorabridal), winner of Amazon Prime’s Making the Cut. The designer celebrates inclusivity with a focus on designing for diverse skin tones and offers a beautiful range of bridal gowns.

After shopping for the dress, recharge with your group at one of the many dining options. Grab coffee or brunch at Go Get Em Tiger coffee bar (@ggetla), dig into Japanese fried chicken at Pikunico (@pikunicola) or head to Rappahannock Oyster Bar (@rappbardtla) for a dozen on the half-shell. If some pampering is called for, head to Powder Beauty Co. nail salon (@powderbeauty), which also offers foot soaks and massages. To ramp up the luxury treatment, book a session at The Things We Do (@thethingswedo.co) beauty and skin care bar for a cosmetic treatment or facial. It offers procedures such as filler, Botox, microneedling and chemical peels, as well as three different categories of facials, ranging from $150 to $200. If detoxing is what your body craves, The Bartholomew Method (@thebartholomewmethod) is a curated treatment method designed to flush lactic and uric acids from the body and prevent lymphatic pooling. Or keep it simple with a facial detox or hot stone reflexology. Your crew will thank you for a day well spent!
