Desiree and Ross celebrated their marraige with a surprise ceremony and reception designed by long-time friends Sammie of Sammie B Photography and Erin of Simon Says Design. Desiree trusted the duo with her dream venue, color scheme and budget, and let the team's creativity run wild. Delicate blushes and creams tastefully accented with hints of gold and baby blue create the sweetest summer palette for the couple's June wedding. The couple included eight flower girls into their wedding party, three of which carried hand written love notes down the aisle with them to hand to the groom, while others scattered fresh petals and twirled ribbon wands. A beautiful stone pergola served as the perfect ceremony backdrop, complete with a delicate blush drape adorned in greenery, complimenting the lovely bridesmaid gowns. A mix of gold planters and glass vases flanked the altar, a simple and pretty scene for Desiree and Ross to say "I do."
Guests made their way to the reception, where gorgeous details from Simon Says Design awaited. Pretty gold place settings sat atop long wooden tables donned in white tablecloths and blush-colored runners. Elegant pink florals paired with textured greenery made for refined tablescapes, while greenery hanging above each table created a whimsical and ecclectic feel to the reception. A sophisticated spin on the popular "doughnut wall" doubled as a display of photos of the couple, as well as the perfect backdrop for the two-tiered wedding cake graced with florals. Ross and his daughter shared a dance together in front of family and friends, a special occasion for them both. Guests flooded the dancefloor for a nght celebrating Desiree and Ross.
