They quickly landed on the idea of weaving dream catchers into the décor, as the protective charm was cherished by Harold’s grandmother. For their ceremony backdrop, Nicole sourced a gigantic dream catcher on Etsy (etsy.com) and paired it with a beautiful hanging macramé piece, both adorned with vibrant flowers and greenery by Rebelle Fleurs (rebellefleurs.com). Small feathered dream catchers also served as a parting favor and—with the help of their wedding planner Orange Blossom Special Events (orangeblossomspecialevents.com)—pulled double duty as escort cards, elegantly hung on the oak tree in Carondelet’s courtyard. The Jaspers’ design was a sentimental gesture that made them feel their grandmother’s presence, from their vows to their last dance.
