Each culinary element adds to the visual and sensory experience—from buttery tartlets to savory French macarons filled with whipped crème fraîche, chives and a dollop of caviar. The menu’s centerpiece is a lavish tower of shucked oysters on ice, adorned with lemon wheels and delicate edible flowers. Enhancing the curated spread is a caviar station complete with traditional accompaniments—crème fraîche, blinis and house-made potato crisps—paired with a striking dirty martini tower.
