Marissa and Danny said their “I do’s!” at downtown Santa Barbara, surrounded by family and close friends. After a morning of getting ready at the Bacara Resort, they headed to the historic, Spanish-style Santa Barbara Courthouse, where vows were exchanged in the Mural Room. The designs on the walls were unique and exquisite and added a touch of Spanish flair.
Marissa looked picture-perfect in her mermaid style dress and gold pumps from Badgley Mischka. Her hair was lightly curled, and we loved her custom flower crown. Marissa’s makeup was kept minimal, but her stylist added a bold, wine-red lip for a pop of color. Her groom was all smiles as she walked down the aisle. He wore a charcoal suit and polished it with a matching bowtie and an ivory boutonniere.
Dinner, drinks and dancing followed at Blush, just a few blocks down the street from the Courthouse. But instead of walking, the couple rode in style—a 1958 Rolls Royce!
We also adored the vibrant accents of gold and the subtle flushes of pink from the roses on the tables. The wedding cake had an intricate golden topper of the couples’ names. It was completed with the same sweet-smelling, blush roses. The cake was the perfect ending to this unique, Spanish-inspired wedding!
