Our last issue featured a gorgeous fashion spread, Summer Love, shot at the beautiful Greengate Ranch in San Luis Obispo. The bride modeled romantic gowns with a bohemian spirit by Claire Pettibone, Jinza Couture, Hayley Paige, Christy Dawn, Galia Lahav, Lazaro and Sarah Janks. The groom was dashing in suits and tuxes by Friar Tux Shop. Photographer Martin Rusch captured a magical interlude between the newlyweds set among a lush backdrop designed by Davia Montoya of Davia Lee Weddings & Events.
Davia Lee created a gorgeous feasting table set with a collection of candles, vases, decanters and bright centerpieces along with a stunning two-tier cake by Enjoy Cupcakes (and admittedly, once the shoot wrapped our staff and models dug in with delight). Overhead hung a stunning assortment of lanterns and Edison bulbs to create a softly lit scene. We're still head over heels for the gorgeous oak tree adorned with florals and greenery that added romance to the groom's shots. And no fashion shoot is complete without a sex appeal, and Lee's team delivered with a cool lounge of patterned rugs and throw pillows from Embellish Rentals. Accenting the summery feel of the shoot were vibrant bouquets and boutonnieres created by Lee. It's a lovely fashion story that incorporates not only wedding style, but also the look and feel of the wedding these dresses could accompany...so much inspiration in 10 pages!
