Sadie Bee and Tyler Lough’s seemingly effortless Vogue-influenced celebration was also inspired by the beauty of a Spanish sunset: Shades of citrus yellow deepened into terra-cotta pinks, dusty peaches and burnt sienna oranges. Juxtaposed with these dazzling sunset hues were accents of black and touches of Old World elegance from details such as the Ginori 1735 “Babele” black plates and the intricately etched glassware. The private Spanish-style villa overlooks the orchards surrounding it and the majestic Ojai California Valley beyond. Throughout the villa, shades of lemon and orange, terra-cotta tile and adobe shone like the wedding’s sunset-themed décor, but the venue wasn’t the only thing that glowed. Sadie’s Monique Lhuillier gown and cathedral-length, elaborately laced veil paid homage to the Spanish heritage permeating the beautiful day. When Sadie changed into her Sareh Nouri gown with its high-to-low hemline, the beautiful bride sealed the union of tradition and modernity that characterized the dreamy affair.
A Vogue-inspired interpretation of the Spanish sunset creates a gorgeous wedding day for Sadie and Tyler.
