Yes, chef! PAUSMITH GROUP, an upscale hospitality company serving the Los Angeles area and beyond, is open for business. As CEO and owner, industry veteran Rob Pausmith brings his high standards, culinary expertise and infectious personality to the table. Alongside executive chef and partner Julio Castorena the duo aims to reinvent and elevate catering with artful dishes featuring bold flavors and farm-to-table ingredients. Pausmith Group delivers a refined experience with elegant touches, such as tableside caviar service, and a highly trained staff. The team works closely with each couple to create a customized menu, drawing from its members’ extensive experience to whip up everything from vegan and gluten-free dishes to regional cuisine and five-star favorites, including pork belly bao, handmade pasta, ahi tuna with smashed avocado, smoked brisket and more. The cocktail menu is equally creative, offering updates on standards, such as the Cranberry Refresher, a spritzer-style sip that features Aperol with orange and cranberry juices topped off with sparkling wine.
