Lush Garden Wedding Day at The Houdini Estate

Jaime Lang and Jon Morra tied the knot in May 2022 at the scenic Houdini Estate in Los Angeles in a wedding filled with ethereal elegance. The pair initially met online and connected over their love of soccer. Over time, Jaime not only fell in love with Jon, but also with his kids Anna and Will. They planned to make things official in May 2020, but were forced to adjust their matrimonial plans because of the pandemic. This obstacle was truly a blessing in disguise, as Jamie and Jon welcomed a baby boy just in time for their 2022 wedding. The rich history and beautiful architecture of this venue made it an ideal location for their spring nuptials, featuring a plethora of flora and an expansive, tranquil locale. Jamie and Jon took advantage of the lush grounds of the estate with an all-outdoor garden celebration filled with family and friends. They will cherish all the sweet moments they experienced during this heartwarming event that signified their families becoming one. Planned by 3 Little Birds Event Planning, the color palette featured a stunning combination of various shades of blue, white and gold that perfectly complemented the greens and florals of the garden. Florals by Love Note Events and catering by Spotted Hen worked together to create an elegant and classic ambiance for the happy couple and their guests to enjoy. A blush and cream rose-filled bouquet added a soft touch to our bride’s look that paired with the lace detailing of the bride’s dress. A cake adorned with cream roses was a welcome echo of Jamie’s bouquet. One catering highlight was their delicious cocktails in sparkling glassware which quenched thirst through the evening for guests. Guests enjoyed their food under a dazzling array of warm lights strung above white and gold table settings among and outdoor haven, captured in spectacular photos. This special day was steeped in romance and was an unforgettable start to the newlywed life for Jaime and Jon.
