As the past year or so has shown, the world is experiencing a pink Renaissance. Pantone's color of 2023 set the tone (literally) with a glam shade of magenta, and pastel pinks have been long trending for their timeless appeal in weddings. Though we're moving into a new year, the power of pink is still impacting culture from nearly every angle and making for some of the most vibrant and romantic wedding designs. Kassie and Adam wed at Hummingbird Nest Ranch in Santa Susana swathed in shades of pink in a gorgeous display of their love that featured handmade details and lush florals. Gorgeous vistas and curated landscaping create a unique ambience at Hummingbird Nest Ranch that brought the extravagance of a secret garden, which was a stylized foundation to build a lively design based off. Florist Emma Seitz of Leta Verbena elaborated, "With garden inspired florals, pink napkins, glassware and custom tapers, any Barbie would have fit in perfectly on this day!"
The day was a delicate balance of femininity and boldness that made for a heartwarming celebration. Kassie and Adam said their vows in front of a wooden altar adorned with pink flora that echoed our bride's bouquet and white drapery elegantly wrapped. The bridal party paired pale pinks on the bride's side with classic black-tie looks for the groomsmen, and bride Kassie's glimmering gown was a highlight of the day that oozed classic elegance and fairytale glamour. A cocktail hour greeted guests with the wedding's most heartfelt detail: a handwritten note for each guest deemed a "love letter" also serving as a seating chart. Tablescapes featured bold magenta linens, pink glassware and centerpieces bursting with roses, which was a lovely showcase of vibrancy as an accent in cohesive design. Designed by Grace & Gold Events, this day opted for a monochrome take on the color that brought an infusion of trend into the fold while maintaining the ever classic allure of pink in style.
