Our 2nd Annual Best of Bride event at the Legendary Park Plaza in downtown Los Angeles was an incredible night from start to finish. From the awards ceremony announcing the winners (see the full list here!) to spaces that included a 90's inspired dance club, a morrocan den and an elegant Baroque space. To match the Tuscan Patio's outdoor airy appeal, Platinum Weddings by Kerrie designed a layout that would encourage guests to take a moment during the non-stop party to unwind and relax.
Featuring gorgeous furniture from Taylor Creative Inc. in clean white with bright gold accents, our overall aesthetic was kept contemporary. To contrast the light and bright furniture, Empty Vase provided vibrant florals (including one show stopping piece over six feet tall!) in rich oranges and vibrant fuchsias. Ambiance AV mirrored these colors with architectural up lights along the Park Plaza's dramatic outer facade, as well as twinkling Edison bulb fixtures sporadically hung over the patio. No corner was overlooked as even the existing hedge wall was adorned with stunning gold handmade paper flowers by Bleu Dahlia.
If they weren’t ready to chill out, guests were able to hop in the interactive photo booth from Joy Squad, or whip up a custom and absolutely delicious coffee concoction at the coffee bar provided by Urban Espresso and dessert treats by Summit Event Catering included vanilla custard bread pudding with salted caramel sauce and chocolate dipped strawberries, bananas and apple wedges.
