Eric and Jordyn knew when they first met that it was meant to be. And when Eric proposed to Jordyn, he proposed at her “happiest place on earth,” where she had some of her best memories: Disneyland. There, in front of her entire family, Jordyn had another memory to add: the moment she said yes to Eric. The couple wanted the same magical feeling for their wedding and they found it at Oyster Ridge in Santa Margarita. “We wanted our wedding to be a party,” explains Jordyn. “It needed to be romantic yet whimsical, and Oyster Ridge was the perfect place.” They imagined a warm and elegant design with a soft color palette of blush and cream with hints of burgundy and gold. Luxury accents brought their vision to life, among them: beaded gold glass chargers, acrylic signage and tables filled with lush florals in tones of dusty rose, cream and burgundy and made up of roses, ranunculus and foliage. The guests gathered for dinner inside the rustic barn beneath strings of globe lights and romantic green vines. “The entire night was a dream come true,” says Jordyn.
