Inspired by the groom's Spanish background, Kassidy and Andrew designed a gorgeous wedding and celebrated their marriage at the beautiful Carondelet House in Los Angeles. The venue's blue tiles, gorgeous fountains and charming wooden floors set the scene for the affair, a gorgeous event highlighting a number of unique details. Guests were welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine to allow them to really relax and be a part of the celebration. The ceremony music was played by two flamenco guitarists, and the bride walked down the aisle to a beautiful acoustic rendition of "Your Song" by Elton John. The ceremony opened and closed with a reading from "The Awesome Book of Love" by Dallas Clayton, a book that Andrew had gifted Kassidy years prior. Kassidy's mother became ordained and was able to commence the ceremony, a special touch for the big day.
The evening focused on food, and as pizza lovers, the bride and groom ditched the traditional sit down dinner for a pizza truck. For their wedding favors, Kassidy and Andrew gave guests homemade pepper jelly! Other unique details included an anniversary pinata filled with guests' notes to be opened on their first anniversary, a Tarot card reader and flamenco dancing performed and taught by Cuatro Caminos Arts & Flamenco throughout the night.
From the bride:
"Allow yourself to get wrapped up in the wedding process and when it unfolds, it will be something beautiful, great and uniquely you."
