The Hard Times of RJ Berger star and Price Is Right model Amber Lancaster tied the knot with her groom, A.J. Allodi, at the Parker Palm Springs during a loving ceremony showcasing the prettiest hues of blush and cream. Amber used her amazing taste and impeccable style to design the wedding in its entirety, ultimately planning a wedding that wowed each and every guest. A lovely invitation suite paid homage to Palm Springs with a desert chic design that incorporated cacti, flamingos and palm trees. Striking emerald greens made for the prettiest color palette, and paper bands resembling the iconic design of the Parker wrapped up this colorful suite.
Amber had a very specific vision in mind: non-contrived, romantic, elegant with a touch vintage and whimsy. Michelle Garibay of Michelle Garibay Events worked closely with the bride on all of the design elements, from the poms on the napkins to finding the perfect invitation font. Each touch of this wedding was meticulously hand-selected by the bride. Soiree Floral Design made a breathtaking bouquet for Amber that showcased pink and cream florals along with an abundance of greenery for a perfectly texturized arrangement, beautifully complementing her stunning floral bridal gown. The bridesmaids dazzled in various styles of blush-hued gowns. The couple’s outdoor reception featured a modern style as seen in the escort cards, menus balanced with traditional touches, like the blush rose centerpieces and elegant place settings.
Graham Bunn, morning host on Go Country 105 radio and friend of the bride and groom officiated the beautiful ceremony. The couple’s rescue dog, Greta, served as the “dog of honor” and trotted down the aisle to stand by the happy couple as they recited their vows. Amber and A.J. hosted a star-studded guest list that included Drew Carey, Kenny “The Jet” Smith and Gwendolyn Osborne-Smith, Melissa Ordway Gaston and Justin Gaston, Ryan Good, Rachel Reynolds, Manuela Arbeláez, Jessica Hall, Riawna Capri, Nikki Lee and Bobby Newberry.
