This beauty of a wedding at the Westlake Village Inn will have you swooning- just wait until you see Lauren's incredible pink bouquet!
Lauren and Michael met in college and shared a lot of the same friends, but it wasn't until a New Year's Eve party their junior year that the two hit it off. A week later, Michael asked Lauren to a movie and the rest is history. The day showcased a lovely color palette of pinks and neutrals paired with bright pops of blue, the perfect combination for a spring wedding in Cali. The two shared a beautiful traditional church ceremony, where the floral design flawlessly complemented the bride's stunning bouquet. Guests made their way to the Westlake Village Inn for the reception, where the prettiest reception design awaited. Vivid blues accompanied by hints of gold and pink gave the space a regal feel, and yummy sweet treats from Frost It Cakery and MJB Cakes rounded out the night.
From the bride:
"I can truly say that the wedding planning was the best experience ever. Everyone always talks about how terrible and stressful planning a wedding can be and I can honestly say I wish I could go back and do it all over again. Some people would probably say I am crazy to say that, but it's a true testament to the fact that it was a really enjoyable experience. I love art and being creative, so the best part was working with Brooke (of Burlap and Bordeaux) and coming up with unique and fun ideas for the special day. Mike says that his favorite was the food sampling. Challenges were few and far in between."
