With pops of vibrant oranges and pinks accompanied by greenery galore, Sam and Kevin's elegant affair at the El Encanto, A Belmond Hotel Santa Barbara showcased natural details. A luscious bouquet of dahlias, ranunculus, and billy balls in tones of oranges, yellows, pinks and blushes paired beautifully with the bride's gown. With the help of coordinator Lisa Khan Events, the bride and groom set out to plan the perfect ceremony space. An enchanting lily-pad-covered pond at the center of the lovely garden proved to create a dilemma, as it separated the guests from the couple. Bella Vista Designs and Lisa Khan Events designed a plexiglass walkway over the pond, joining the space and adding a whimsical and unifying element to the ceremony. Sam and Kevin said their vows beneath a magical arbor donned in hydrangea, rosea, and amaranthus.
Guests were invited to a stylish indoor reception to celebrate the marriage of the couple. Extravagant floral centerpieces stood atop the ivory tables, showcasing oranges filling the bottom of the vase. A mix of metallic gold mirrors hung on the wall of foliage behind the head table, accenting the gold place settings. Chandeliers adorned in greenery lit up the room as the couple danced for the first time as husband and wife.
