After falling in love at a club in Hollywood and an epically romantic proposal in Rome, Sarah and Louie made their nuptials official overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The couple was in good hands when it came time to plan their beachside affair since Sarah's sister and maid-of-honor, Robin Ballard, is the owner of Events by Robin. The venue was a blank canvas so Ballard set to work designing Sarah's dream wedding, a boho-meets-glam affair with sapphire ocean views. An eclectic ceremony vibe was created by mixing vintage upholstered chairs, ottomans, sofas and loveseats were blended with vineyard chairs. The couple wanted to keep the reception informal with guests mixing and mingling, so Ballard designed an luxurious family-room styled setting with multiple lounge vignettes, cocktail tables and few farm tables where the immediate family were seated together. Interactive food stations included a build-your-own salad, served in a large martini glass, and a pasta and mashed potato bar. After the sun set over the Pacific, guests danced the night away under twinkle lights.
